Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) explains the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The goal of CBT is to pinpoint negative thoughts and beliefs that may have been developed earlier in life. Uprooting negative thought processes can help change emotional responses, that are at the root of negative emotions, which fuel maladaptive behaviors. Using CBT techniques, thoughts, emotional responses, and behaviors can be changed so you can be free from negative thoughts.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured therapy that helps develop emotional regulation through teaching practical skills across four domains, mindfulness, interpersonal skills, acceptance & distress tolerance, and emotional regulation. DBT skills are easily applied in diverse settings and help individuals leave more peacefully.

Narrative Therapy

Our stories are an integral part of who we are as individuals. All too often people don't have the opportunity to share their stories. Narrative Therapy aims to give individuals a safe sacred space to share their stories, and to use Narrative Therapy Techniques to reauthor part of their story creating hope and a new perspective on their future.
