Stress

Stress is our bodily reaction to the demands of everyday life. Under usual circumstances, stress fuels us to accomplish tasks and keeps us alert. Too much stress however can cause a variety of behavioral, physical, and emotional challenges such as social withdrawal, difficulty with sleep, headaches, back pain, irritability, and loss of motoivation among others.

Using Cognitive Behavioral therapy  and Dialectical Behavior therapy we can develop new skills to manage stress and build positive coping skills for the stressful times in life.
