Anxiety
If you are experiencing trouble with sleep, excessive worry, body tension, experience feelings of dread or panic, difficulty concentrating, or notice you are avoiding fear or social situations there is hope and freedom from anxiety.

Anxiety is a signal of danger, a possible threat, or a sign that something requires attention. In small doses anxiety is helpful, as it protects and helps focus our attention on what is most important at a given time. However, too much anxiety is debilitating, making daily life a struggle.
Often anxiety occurs as a result of a trigger from past events. Using Lifespan Integration Therapy we can uproot the memory associated with the anxiety trigger and teach your body that the memory is over, releasing you from the tension, anxiety, feelings of panic or dread, and worry.

With Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, we can target negative thoughts associated with excessive worry and anxiety and learn healthy coping skills to deal with anxiety when it surfaces giving you control over your thoughts, behaviors, and actions. Freedom from anxiety is possible. Hope is just around the corner.
