About Me

If you are feeling weighed down by trauma, your past, depression, anxiety, or other difficult life concerns then this is the place for you.

Counselor in Lynnwood

I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or any other concerns, I provide an understanding environment to facilitate your healing journey. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, and help you develop coping strategies and enhance your well-being. Let's work for a brighter, healthier future.

As a mental health counseling intern, I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families and focus on helping individuals heal from past trauma using Lifespan Integration Therapy and Narrative Therapy as well as skill building using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Counselor in Shoreline

I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, and to work towards healing and personal growth.

The title counseling intern means I am a second-year graduate student pursuing my master's degree in clinical and mental health counseling. I have finished my coursework and am now in the clinical portion of my studies working as a counselor to gain experience. I am supervised by my site supervisor as well as university faculty supervisors to ensure that you are receiving quality care. My projected graduation date is August 2025, at which point I will continue to work towards full licensure.

My journey of healing and growth and my personal experiences have shaped who I am today, and I am passionate about sharing the healing, redemption, and freedom I have found. With a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling on the horizon, I bring both education and personal insight to my work. As a homeschooling mom of six, I enjoy balancing family life with my love for running, gardening, and community service. I look forward connecting with you and walking the path of healing together!
